Jason K. Berger
is a founding partner of the firm and a former partner with McDermott Will & Emery LLP, one of the largest law firms in the world. At McDermott, Mr. Berger advised investment funds, banks and private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, fund formation, secured lending and general corporate and securities law matters. Previously, Mr. Berger was an associate with the private equity group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Berger was an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department where he advised the office of Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and other city officials and served as deputy general counsel to the 1999 New York City Charter Revision Commission. Mr. Berger also has served as an adjunct professor at the Laboratory Institute for Merchandising (college for the business of fashion) lecturing on business law in the fashion industry.
Mr. Berger received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1996, a masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995, and a bachelor of arts in political science from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1993. Simon J. Lincoln
is a founding partner with the firm and a former associate with the international law firm of Heller Ehrman LLP. At Heller, Mr. Lincoln represented clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity and debt financings, joint ventures, company formation and governance, and securities law matters. Prior to working at Heller, Mr. Lincoln was an associate with Rubin Baum LLP. In 2001, Mr. Lincoln founded his own corporate law practice focused on advising small and mid-sized companies on their corporate legal matters and transactions.

Gallit Schuller
is "of counsel" to the firm and specializes in the area of intellectual property law. Ms. Schuller previously was an associate with LaBeouf, Lamb, Greene & McRae LLP, where she represented clients in connection with federal and state court litigation involving intellectual property, contract and employment issues. In 1998, Ms. Schuller founded her own law practice focused on advising clients on complex intellectual property issues, including technology licensing, software development, trademarks and copyrights. Ms. Schuller regularly advises clients on intellectual property matters arising in connection with the diligence and execution of corporate transactions.
